Manja has been passionate about sport and movement since childhood. She spent 10 years competing at a high level in monofin swimming, developing exceptional strength, discipline and body awareness.
Her athletic journey continued with two years of CrossFit training and competitions in Bordeaux, France, from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, while living in Martinique, she took part in trail running competitions, continuing to challenge herself through endurance and outdoor sports.
Since moving to Saint-Martin, Manja has continued her passion for running, particularly competing in 10K races.
Alongside her athletic experience, Manja studied Sports Science, specializing in sports training and high-performance coaching. This background has given her a deep understanding of movement, strength, conditioning and the importance of adapting training to each individual.
Today, she applies this expertise through the Sculpt Method, a dynamic and effective approach combining strength, endurance, functional movement and Pilates-based exercises. While she particularly enjoys working with women, Manja coaches clients of all profiles who want to build a strong, balanced and resilient body.
Based in Saint-Martin and mother of three, she is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident and energized through personalized, motivating and results-driven training.
Her sessions are designed to be challenging yet enjoyable, fully adapted to each person’s level, goals and lifestyle — whether the objective is performance, strength, body composition or overall wellbeing.
Strong body. Confident mind. Feel good in your own skin.
